Do you accept returns? 

Yes, TAG accepts returns and helps you every step of the way! 

Is my item eligible for a return? The answer is YES if the items are unworn, with the original tags still in place with no traces hair, makeup, pet hair, perfume, or other odors and in the original condition. Items with discounts of over 20% are considered final sale, and can't be returned. Return requests must be made within two weeks of receipt for shipped orders and within two weeks of the date local orders are fulfilled. 

How do I make a return?

It's easy and painless! Pick one of the methods below to contact us within the return window (two weeks) via one of the following methods:

We get it, sometimes things don't work out, so please know we are here to help you. We like to know a little about why you're returning the item, especially if it's too big or too small, so we can better serve you when you have fit questions in the future. 

After your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send back your return. All you need to do is drop it back in your mailbox, and you're done! When your return is received a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Yes, a REFUND! 

We believe that by offering free shipping, free returns, and refunds when things don't work out, there's zero risk to shop with TAG! It also gives you the comfort to try those pieces that you are on the fence about, because you won't be stuck with them or stuck with a store credit you can't use. 

Damaged

Every once in a while, there may be a damaged item that we don't catch when packing your order. If that happens, plesae know that we've got your back! If an ite is damaged, please snap a photo of the damage and send it to us via the contact methods above. If the same item is still available, we'll replace it for you. If it's not available, we'll send you a refund. 

Just so we're on the same page, here are some common clothing considerations that aren't considered damages: small hanging threads, stripes that don't align, and differences in pattern placements. 

Do you accept exchanges?

We will make every effort to exchange your item if you need another size. If an exchange isn't available, we will gladly offer a refund for the purchase price of your item. Please contact us within two weeks of delivery (or the fulfillment date for local pick up orders) to request an exchange. Items that are exchanged unworn, with the original tags still in place with no traces hair, makeup, pet hair, perfume, or other odors and in the original condition. 

As you know, TAG offers free shipping on all orders and provides prepaid return labels. The same holds true for exchanges. However, if excessive exchanges occur, we will ask the customer to pay a $5 excahnge fee to help offset our shipping costs. An exchange means that TAG is shipping an items to you three times - the original order, your prepaid return label, and sending the new size. That adds up fast, and we try to keep our prices as low as possible, so please know the $5 helps us out a ton! 

Shipping

TAG believes in fast shipping because no one wants to wait weeks to receive something they wanted the minute you ordered it!! TAG offers free US shipping on all orders. We typically ship Mondays through Friday. Orders placed after 11am on Fridays will be filled the following Monday. Please note these are general guidelines. There may be times when shipping is delayed due to order volume or we're on vacation. 

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are given at the sole discretion of the owner.  

Clothing Care / Washing Instructions

It is very important for you to follow exact washing instructions on the clothing tags in the garments. TAG Online Boutique is not responsible for any change in product quality when the tags are removed, items are tried on, washed, and/or worn. TAG is not responsible for any change in products due to the laundering process. 

Pre-Sale Orders

Pre-orders are done when there is enough customer interest to order an item. If you purchase a pre-sale order these are not eligible for returns, because this item is being ordered specifically for you. We do these on the honor system, and don't charge you until the order arrives. Failure to follow through with a pre-order means we won't accept pre-order requests from you in the future. While this sounds so stern, try to think about it like this....you go to a store and pre-order a small t-shirt with your name on it. The store makes it and calls you to tell you it's ready. When you say you don't want it afterall, the store is stuck with something they made for you that can't be sold. We kindly ask that you don't do that to us. 

Final Sale Items

Some items, especially during flash sales, will be marked final sale.  Please make a note of this before you purchase as TAG we will not accept returns for these items. If you need a size exchange, and one is available, we will be happy to swap it out. In these cases, you'll need to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will charge a $6/item exchange fee, which simply covers the cost of us shipping you the new size.
