This time does not have stretch, but it has plenty of room in the bust. Please see my fit video for reference of how this fits me wearing a size medium. I think that I could easily size down to a small.
Fit: true to size with some wiggle room in a bust. It measures a little more like a size large
Measurements on Medium:
Bust - 19 “
Length - 26“
For large - add approximately 1-2” to the bust and a 1/2” in length
For small - subtract approximately 1-2” from the bust and a 1/2” from the length.
